Business Analyst (CMS/B2B)

We are seeking a Business Analyst for our client.

Background / business context:
DNA is renewing the dna.fi webpages and replacing the CMS system behind it. We are establishing a team dedicated for developing the B2B part of the site. Most likely in the beginning we will have just one common team together with the B2C to implement the common functionalities, but later we will separate B2B to its own development team.

Activities to be performed:
To support the development work for the new website we need a Business Analyst to support with the B2B requirements.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
* Analyze data and processes to identify opportunities for improvement. * Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and gather feedback.
* Create and maintain process documentation, including workflow diagrams and user stories.
* Assist in the development and testing of solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
* Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Competence requirements:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
* Experience in using AI tools (e.g. MS Copilot, ChatGPT). Preferred:
* Experience in developing websites, including understanding web technologies and content management systems.

Assignment tasks:

- Have you facilitated stakeholder workshops or requirement sessions involving both business and technical participants? *
- Have you previously worked on website or CMS-related projects (e.g., site renewal, content migration, digital journeys)? *
- Do you actively use AI tools (such as ChatGPT or MS Copilot) in your daily work to support analysis, documentation, or communication?

Allocation: 100%
Assignment start date: 1.4.2026
Assignment end date: 31.12.2026 (might continue longer)
Location: Helsinki, Finland
Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken
