Qurios Inc. is a education technology company based in Espoo, Finland. We are looking for a corporate lawyer to set up all necessary documentation and contracts to begin selling our software and services to prospective clients.
This is a work-try-out, make sure that you are registered and in contact with your representative at the TE office, so as to make sure that you will be paid and supported by the TE office.
The position's main tasks include;
- Draft service agreements, privacy agreements and terms of use for a digital lesson planning software (software includes AI-generated content), including beta agreements for testing.
- Draft procurement contracts with public/private educational institutions and businesses in Finland and the EU.
- Advice Qurios Inc. board on the most optimal shareholder agreements, salaries, different income delivery avenues, etc. to ensure compliance with tax and employment legislation.
If the applicant has the required skill set to carry the listed tasks, this job posting is also open to applicants without prior work experience.
