We are looking for a Delivery Admin to join our client KONE Hissit Oy in Helsinki!
In this role, you will support deliveries across Nordic and Baltic markets by combining order and project administration tasks throughout the delivery lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Solutions Engineering, Project Managers and Site Supervisors to ensure orders are booked correctly, financials and schedules are maintained, and subcontracted works are processed smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to safe, efficient deliveries for new equipment and modernization projects in a truly international setting!
The assignment starts as soon as possible and is initially fixed-term for one year, with a strong possibility for extension. The role is based in Helsinki, where you will work on-site at least three days per week. You'll be joining a Delivery Operations Nordics team supporting Nordic and Baltic markets. The employment contract will be made with Adecco.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Order administration for projects: Registering and booking orders according to Nordic order booking absolutes in collaboration with Sales & CSE, including pre billing activities, guarantee applications, SAP support, and other administrative tasks
- Project administration: Monitoring and maintaining project forecasts (financials & schedules), updating project plans via milestone management, posting actual costs, creating purchase requisitions and goods receipts for subcontracted works, and managing material purchase timelines.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A BSc in Economics or Business
- Previous work experience in financial and project administration tasks
- SAP expertise and good skills in MS Office
- Understanding of the end to end project flow
- Knowledge of bank and patent guarantees.
- Professional proficiency in both Finnish and English, other Nordic/Baltic languages are a plus.
