We're looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Connectors Platform team in Helsinki.
Connectors Platform team is responsible for Codeless and Hybrid Connectors frameworks — it allows to streamline API integration development by abstracting away the complexities of coding, enabling users to connect different applications and services without writing code.

In this role, you will:
- Lead a strong team of highly skilled and hard-working individuals who strive to share insights and suggestions
- Build and maintain frameworks that are responsible for driving coded, codeless, and hybrid connectors
- Work with product and other development teams to deliver features and improvements
- Work closely with other teams in the connectors group and across the organization. As a Manager, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
Your day-to-day work and responsibilities include:
- Having dailies with the team
- Providing guidance and mentorship to team members, assisting with problem-solving, code reviews, and architectural decisions
- Working with the product manager and other stakeholders on building backlog, setting priorities, resolving blockers, resource allocation
- Continuously evaluating and improving engineering processes and practices to increase efficiency, quality, and team productivity
- Reporting progress/issues/blockers
- Coordinating cross-team work and collaboration
- Having 1-on-1s with team members and coaching them

This position is for you if you have…
- Great understanding of architecture & software design
- Good grasp of the software testing discipline
- Understanding of software development processes, such as Agile or Scrum
- Familiar with project management tools, such as JIRA
- Understanding of monitoring tools and ability to interpret monitoring data. This includes tools such as Datadog, OpenSearch, Grafana, etc., which are used to track application performance and system metrics
- Experience leading and managing engineering team, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- Attention to detail, delegation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication in English and experience working in an international environment, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
