We are looking for an experienced Finance Process Development Specialist to join our client's team on a full-time basis through the end of 2026. The role is based in Helsinki. The employment contract will be established with Barona.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the automation of bank reconciliations and payment transaction processes

Develop and implement automation solutions for intercompany reconciliations

Evaluate, optimize, and enhance reconciliation tools and processes

Improve visibility and management of open accounting items and account balances

Assess and strengthen the sustainability, scalability, and maintainability of the NetSuite environment

Provide support, stabilization, and continuous improvement for delivered solutions
What We Are Looking For

Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite

Solid accounting and finance process expertise

Experience with banking operations, payment processes, and reconciliations

Proven track record in automation and process improvement projects

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders

Excellent communication skills in English
