About the Role

KONE's Data Center & Cloud Platforms team is a core enabler of the company's digital transformation. As aGitHub Enterprise Specialist, you will evolve KONE's GitHub ecosystem-ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable developer workflows while accelerating productivity throughAI poweredengineering capabilities.

This role blends GitHubEnterpriseadministration, DevOpsand Platform Engineering, and emerging AI/agentic automation to shape the future of software delivery across KONE.

What You Will Do

Current Responsibilities

GitHub Enterprise Administration

• Manage andmaintainGitHub Enterprise organizations, accounts, teams, and permissions.

• Configure and govern organizational settings, policies, repository structures, branching strategies andprotection rules.

• Enforce security controls including SSO, MFA, audit logging,permission andaccessguardrails, and identity governance.

DevOps& CI/CD Enablement

• Configure, standardize, and support GitHubActionsbasedCI/CD pipelines.

• Develop reusable GitHubActionsworkflows, composite actions, and pipeline templates.

• Operate andoptimizeGitHub Actions runners (hosted and self-hosted).

• Integrate GitHub with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) andsecretsmanagement solutions (e.g., Azure Key Vault, AWS Secrets Manager).

AIEnhancedDeveloperProductivity

• Enable and administer GitHub Copilot and emerging agentic AI development tools.

• Provide onboarding, training, and best practices for developers adopting AI-assisted workflows.

• Support infrastructure-as-code (IaC) patterns and templates for GitHub platform automation.

Future Roadmap Responsibilities

AIDrivenDevOps & Automation

• Implement predictive pipeline capabilities thatanticipatebuild failures,optimizedeployment timing, and surface recommended remediations.

• Develop self-healing CI/CD pipelinesleveragingautonomous AI agents for rollback, mitigation, and recovery.

• Build templates for next-generation AI-powered CI/CD workflows.

AIGovernance, Security &Compliance

• Use AI-based tools to enforce compliance policies, detect repository anomalies, andidentifysecurity risks.

• Deploy observability, monitoring, and analytics for AI-assisted workflows and autonomous agents.

AgenticSystems &WorkflowOrchestration

• Contribute to orchestration of multi-agent systems supporting backlog refinement, automated documentation, and release planning.

• Evolve KONE's GitHub landscape to support scalable, autonomous engineering practices.

WhatWe'reLooking For

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experienceinGitHub EnterpriseAdministration & Governancein a large-scale environment.Experience with migrations from legacy systems to GitHub.

• Minimum1-2 yearshands-on experienceofDevOps and Platform Engineering:CI/CDworkflows,reusable pipeline templates,operating GitHubActions runners and Infrastructure-as-Code.

• Strong scripting and automationexperience(Python, Bash, PowerShell)

• Experience integrating GitHub withAWS,Azureand security scanning tools.

• Solid knowledgeonSecurity & Compliance. ApplyingDevSecOpspractices:branch protection,scanning, policies,guardrailsandsecretsmanagement. Maintaining compliance and audit readiness in large-scale environments.

• Experience withDeveloperEnablement &Communication: Ability to support onboarding, training, and best practices for large developer communities.Strong communicationskills for cross-team collaboration.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows (e.g.,GitHub Copilot).

• Understanding ofagentic AIconcepts such as autonomous agents and orchestration.

PreferredSkills

• Experience with AI-driven automationandpredictive DevOps tooling.

• Knowledgeand exposuretopredictive CI/CD pipelines, anomaly detection, and AI automation patterns

• Understanding ofcross-cloud caching, artifact performance tuning, and large-scale workflow optimization.

• Experience with platform-level observability, monitoring dashboards, and workflow analytics

• Knowledge of building resilient, self‑healing pipelines
