Due to new regulatory requirements (NIS2 and CER) as well as an increased HSSE focus on resilience, we are strengthening our capabilities, and you will play a meaningful part in building a more prepared and robust organization.
Working closely with Group Security, HSSE and business stakeholders, you will take part in documenting plans, preparing materials, interviewing different stakeholders and helping us to meet regulatory and internal expectations related to continuity and crisis readiness.
You will gain hands‑on experience in a highly relevant and growing area of organizational security.
Your responsibilities will include:

Documenting Business Continuity Plans (BCP) for Business Units and Group Functions

Preparing training materials and plan exercises related to crisis response and continuity management
-
Supporting the development of Group‑level documentation and processes
-
Helping design and structure content in Microsoft Teams and especially Teams Planner for BCP purposes
-
Utilizing Copilot and other AI tools to support documentation, structuring and analysis
-
Contributing to practical coordination tasks within Group Security, Internal Audit, Finance and HSSE
What you bring to the team
We are looking for a trainee who is motivated to learn, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with documentation and multiple stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you likely have:
-
Ongoing university studies in security, cybersecurity or risk management, business, engineering, governance or another relevant field
-
Ability to produce clear documentation and structure information logically
-
Good command of office tools, including Microsoft Teams; familiarity with Teams Planner is considered an advantage
-
Interest in applying digital tools, including Copilot and other AI solutions, to improve processes
-
A proactive, analytical and organized working style
-
Strong English skills (spoken and written)
-
Good command of Finnish and Swedish is considered desirable
-
Previous knowledge in ISO management system standards implementation is an asset
Experience in business continuity, risk management, compliance, cybersecurity or crisis management is considered a plus; however, a willingness to learn is what matters most.
