HRD Specialist, Talent Management

We are looking for an HRD Specialist, Talent Management to join our HRD team from August 2026, to September 2027.
Your role
In this role, you act as our in-house talent management expert, driving the development and implementation of modern performance and competence management practices across the University. Your work supports people's growth and success while strengthening a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and dialogue.
You will:

Develop and evolve performance and competence management practices and concepts

Support modern performance management by strengthening continuous dialogue, feedback, and meaningful development discussions

Co-create impactful learning and development solutions aligned with our strategic competencies

Act as process owner for Workday-related talent and learning management workflows

Collaborate closely with HR teams and other service functions to ensure smooth and user-friendly processes

Facilitate trainings and workshops, and support leaders in the use of performance and competence management practices
You will be part of a supportive and inspiring HRD team, with opportunities for professional growth and the chance to contribute to wider organizational learning initiatives.
Your profile
You are an experienced and forward-thinking talent management professional with a strong background in performance and competence management process and concept development. You enjoy shaping not only processes, but also the thinking and frameworks behind them.
You are a conceptual thinker with a strong development mindset and the ability to turn ideas into practical, scalable solutions. You thrive in collaboration, enjoy facilitating discussions and development initiatives, and build positive relationships across the organization.
