I'm Philip Phan, Head of Devices & SIM, and I'm searching for someone ready to grow with us. What you'll do
In this role, you'll be supporting the Telia Group business, with focus on Finland doing quality assurance of devices. This includes:
- Testing and verifying that devices work according to Telia requirements
- Representing Telia Finland in device vendor management matters
- Support & assist in device troubleshooting activities
- Support & assist in device adjacent activities, such as SIM or providing test devices to internal stakeholders and Telia group level tasks when needed
- Duration of Summer Jobs period: May 1st, 2026 - August 31st, 2026
- Time type: Full-time
- Possible work locations: Helsinki

What will help you thrive in this role:
- You are a great team player, with a can-do attitude and a hunger to learn the job as you do it
- In order to manage many things simultaneously, you are structured and have attention to detail
- You can engage stakeholders (both internal & external) to move forward with an issue or a subject matter
- Hands-on experience in device testing is a merit, but not a must
- Basic understanding or experience in programming logic is beneficial
- Having an interest in mobile technology is a benefit as this is what you will work with
- Fluency in English, both in writing and orally

This role provides an opportunity to learn and develop in the area of device quality assurance within the telecom industry and understanding what it is that enables our customers to have a great customer experience when they finally have the device in the palm of their hands. You will understand how intertwined the device is within the mobile network and how it plays a key role in enabling a great customer experience.
