TWO KEY ACCOUNT MANAGERS
to join our Commercial Team.
What is the job that awaits you?
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a central role in building, managing and growing long-term partnerships with a number of local key accounts and end-customers. Your mission is to drive profitable sales growth through proactive value based selling, strong customer relationships and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
In this role, you are responsible for the full account management of your customers - from identifying business opportunities and participating in tenders to offer creation, pricing decisions and new product placements. You analyze market trends and customer needs, translate insights into concrete actions and execute the local sales plan accordingly.
You work closely with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Customer Service, Demand Planning, Supply Chain and Sales Operations to deliver high customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently. You also actively maintain CRM data, follow up on customer performance and bring the voice of the customer into cross-functional development initiatives. Ultimately, you are accountable for achieving sales targets, strengthening customer loyalty and contributing to the overall commercial success of the business.
The position is located at Metsä Group's head office in Espoo and you will report to Sales Director.
What are we expecting of you?
We are looking for a commercially driven professional with 5+ years of experience in FMCG and B2B sales with wholesalers in the Facility Management segment and participating in Public tender processes, preferably with key account responsibility. In addition you have 5+ years of experience in using CRM to centralize customer data, automate tasks, track interactions and streamline sales pipeline. You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or another relevant field, and you feel confident working in an international environment, communicating fluently in English and the local language.
You have a strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to value based selling. You are an effective communicator and negotiator who can build trust-based relationships both internally and externally. Your way of working is structured, analytical and self-driven, and you are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a results-oriented environment.
To succeed in this role, you bring strong problem-solving skills, business acumen and the ability to lead and influence across functions without formal authority. You are familiar with modern digital business tools, have good presentation and project management skills, and are flexible when it comes to travel. Above all, you are motivated to take ownership, drive continuous improvement and grow together with your customers and the organization.
