M&A Analyst
Full-time, permanent position

Tulos Advisors is an independent Finnish advisory firm specialising in M&A, transaction services, and strategic legal and financial advisory. We are expanding our team and looking for a highly motivated M&A Analyst with strong analytical capabilities to contribute to transaction execution and client projects.
About the role
As an M&A Analyst, you will work closely with the whole team on a wide range of buy-side and sell-side engagements. You will take responsibility for financial analyses, modelling, research, and client materials, and you will be directly involved in transaction processes from day one.
This role is well suited for someone who has experience in a similar role or who is eager to develop in a hands-on advisory environment and contribute to high-quality work in a small, experienced team.
Key responsibilities
- Perform financial, statistical, and scenario analyses for ongoing transactions
- Build financial models and valuation analyses
- Conduct company, market, and industry research to support client recommendations
- Prepare client presentations, information materials, and M&A documentation
- Assist in transaction structuring and conduct financial due diligence
- Participate in client meetings and engage directly with entrepreneurs and investors
What we expect from you
- Master’s degree in Economics/Finance (KTM) or Engineering (DI) or equivalent, either completed or close to completion
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience, for example in corporate finance, transaction services, investment banking and audit or accounting (with strong analytical exposure)
- Strong financial analysis and modelling skills
- Experience in valuation and financial due diligence is considered an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and assume responsibility in client projects
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in client interaction
