Operations Support Manager

We are looking for an analytical and business-driven Operations Support Manager to join our Land Operations Finland team within Sourcing & Logistics.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our logistics operations through data-driven insights, reporting, supplier performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with Operations, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Logistics Service Providers to ensure efficient and reliable logistics processes that support business needs and customer expectations. This role is based in Finland and reports to Director Land Logistics Operations Finland.

Your responsibilities

  • Support Land Operations Finland through analysis, reporting and performance monitoring.
  • Develop and standardize reporting processes and operational dashboards.
  • Own and develop On-Time Delivery (OTD) and Proof of Delivery (POD) reporting and analysis.
  • Act as process owner for Supplier Performance Management within Land Operations Finland.
  • Create, maintain and continuously improve KPI reporting.
  • Provide analytical support and reporting material to management and operational teams.
  • Support logistics development initiatives focused on efficiency, service improvements and cost optimization.
  • Maintain and develop internal communication channels and information sharing platforms.
  • Drive a collaborative One Team mindset across the organization.

What we are looking for

To succeed in this role, you combine strong analytical capabilities with a genuine interest in improving processes and supporting business performance.

You have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, reporting and performance management.
  • Experience working with operational systems and reporting tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills and preferably experience with Power BI or similar tools.
  • Fluent Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
