We are looking for an Order Handling Specialist to join our team at ABB Oy, Electrification Services in Vaasa. In this role, you will be responsible for order handling and related customer service for assigned customers on a country responsibility level together with a close team of colleagues that can support you in your development.

Your responsibilities:
- Taking responsibility for customers and order handling on specific country areas assigned to you
- Providing excellent customer services by cooperating and directly interacting with the customers to ensure smooth sales processes
- Handling sales support tasks in collaboration with internal stakeholders, such as sales and manufacturing
- Order handling; including processing incoming orders, updating orders in the system and creating related documentation
- Development of order handling related IT systems (SAP and Business Online) and processes
- Supporting with training of new colleagues

Your background:
- A B.Sc. level degree from a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Industrial Management, International Business or similar
- A few years' of relevant experience in order handling and working in a customer interfacing role
- Good knowledge and experience with SAP and MS Office programs
- Fluency in English and Finnish, both written and spoken
- Good teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to take on independent responsibilities
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to respond quickly to customer needs
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
