We are now looking for a People Tools & Data Manager to join VR's People & Culture unit in Helsinki.
In this role, you will take full ownership of our SuccessFactors (SF) system and play a key part in ensuring VR's people data integrity and providing technical support. You will also have an important role in defining requirements and contributing to the procurement process for a new People Tool. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
- System Administration: Manage multiple P&C tools-design, configure, and maintain systems to ensure optimal performance and a seamless user experience.
- Project Involvement: Play an active role in strategic initiatives that enhance system capabilities and improve user satisfaction.
- Technical Support: Serve as a trusted advisor for P&C users, resolving system-related issues and handling service requests efficiently, in collaboration with IT and partner organizations, while ensuring compliance with data protection responsibilities.
- Process & Configuration Improvements: Collaborate on planning, solution design, and testing for process enhancements and new functionalities.
- Team Collaboration: Share best practices and contribute to evolving team workflows across the organization.
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience with SF and/or Knowledge of other similar systems is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- A self-starter with a proactive, action-oriented approach.
- Project management expertise and ability to collaborate across functions in a global organization.
