Join Kiilto’s procurement team and play a key role in developing our sourcing and logistics capabilities across nine countries.
We are now looking for a Procurement Manager to strengthen our team. In this role, you will take ownership of packaging materials, logistics contracting, and selected indirect categories, driving value creation, supplier collaboration, and process development in an international environment. You will be part of a developing international procurement organization where you have the opportunity to shape ways of working, build strong supplier partnerships, and contribute to sustainable and efficient supply chains. The position may be located in the Tampere, Turku or Helsinki regions (Finland), the Malmö region (Sweden) or in Assens (Denmark).
As a Procurement Manager, you will:
- Lead sourcing activities and category development within packaging, logistics, and indirect spend.
- Develop and manage supplier relationships.
- Drive negotiations and contracts with a strong commercial and strategic mindset.
- Contribute to harmonizing procurement processes and building efficient, scalable ways of working.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across countries and functions.
What we expect
- Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic procurement or a similar commercial role
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, especially road transportation in Europe (LTL, FTL, and parcel)
- Good understanding of logistics service providers, particularly in Northern and Central Europe
- Basic understanding of warehousing operations
- Strong experience in contract management and negotiations
- Strategic thinking capability combined with a hands-on approach
- Fluent English skills. Skills in Finnish, Swedish, or Danish are considered an advantage.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with strong collaboration and flexibility
- Good working knowledge of common tools (e.g. Excel, Teams)
- Motivation for continuous learning and development
- Experience in packaging materials or indirect sourcing is considered an advantage.
Additional information
- The role requires a valid driving licence.
- A valid work permit within the European Union (EU) is required.
- Willingness to travel is required.
