Our solutions support healthcare organisations improving the quality of care and optimising the use of healthcare resources in over 400 clinics in Finland, in Sweden and in the UK.Product Support EngineerWe are seeking a motivated and technically talented individual to join our Product Support team as a Product Support Engineer. This is a 12-month fixed-term position covering a parental leave. As a key member of our Product Support team, you will provide highquality support with technical issues and help identify insights that may contribute to future product development. The preferred location is our office in Turku, while Espoo being an alternative. Hybrid work is also possible.Your Responsibilities Will Include:Troubleshooting technical problems and providing step-by-step guidance to customers.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.Identifying opportunities for product upselling and process improvements.Providing accurate information about our products/services, addressing concerns, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.Maintaining and collaborating with a high level of product knowledge.Readiness to respond to customer inquiries via various channels (phone, email, etc.) promptly and professionally.To Succeed in This Role, You Should Have:Strong problem-solving abilities, with a patient and persistent approach to find solutions.Self-guided way of working with ability to thrive in teamwork.Aptitude in working within specified processes.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal: fluent in Finnish and English, knowledge in Swedish is seen as an advantage.Basic knowledge and understanding of databases (MySQL, MongoDB, JSON) and Code Java/Grails.Strong organizational skills: ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyPrevious experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in technical support or relatable.Suitable degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) or equivalent.Additional Skills We Value:Basic knowledge of Finnish healthcare sector and welfare areasBasic knowledge of integration messages (HL7, ADP)Why Join Us?At BCB Medical, youll thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where your contributions directly shape our success.
