Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team in a large Industrial Project in Odda, Norway. The work starts as soon as a suitable person is found.

The open position is in our Industry business unit, where we help our clients improve the reliability and efficiency of their production facilities and maintenance operations. We execute demanding project deliveries in industrial projects. We develop digital solutions to enhance productivity, oversee the overall maintenance and reliability of our clients' production facilities, and provide resource, contracting, and supply chain management services for both domestic and international industrial projects.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

- Coordinate project issues with different stakeholders towards all support functions and the customer (e.g. transport, access rights, accommodation, information, etc.)
- Participates in project documentation compilation
- To assist in project invoicing and time tracking
- To assist in project reporting
- Participate in project monitoring and planning

Requirements:

- Suitable educational background for the position
- Experience in project deliveries coordination tasks
- System expertise in ERP, Office and Financial management
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
