About the role
Project Manager´s main responsibility is to manage delivery projects of System Drives Helsinki products according to offer-order-delivery process. This includes among other things regular communication with stakeholders and ensuring profitability level for own projects by change management.

Work tasks
- Management of assigned delivery projects in System Drives Helsinki.
- Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns that arise
- Ensuring profitability level for own projects. Responsible for change management and change invoicing during the project
- Hosting Factory Acceptance Tests and 3rd party inspections. Ensures that punches will be cleared. Coordinates replies to Marine classification bodies.
- Supporting in solving customer reclamations related to order delivery process in the scope of supply from System Drives Helsinki
We are looking for
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in electrical or automation engineering or equivalent
- Good communication skills and proactive customer service mindset
- Good English is a must, Finnish is a plus
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Basic presentation and negotiation skills
- Perseverance in finding solutions
It is meritorious if you have previous work experience from similar tasks and/or you have worked with frequency converters.
