Project Manager, Grinding

• Lead end-to-end project execution for minerals grinding projects, managing planning, delivery, scope, interfaces and HSE compliance.
• Manage commercial and financial aspects including project budgets, gross margin, cost control and stakeholder reporting.
• Require proven EPC/M project management experience in mining and minerals processing, with experience in international, multidisciplinary environments and proficiency in SAP, Enovia, MS Office and AutoCAD.
• The role is based preferably in Baden, Switzerland or Espoo, Finland, and offers a competitive salary with an annual bonus scheme.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager (m/f/d) to work with our grinding team in the minerals area of our business.

Office locations can be: preferred Baden/ Switzerland, or Espoo/ Finland.

What you'll do

• Lead end‑to‑end project execution in minerals grinding, including planning, coordination and delivery.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and maintain professional, trust-based relationships.
• Take commercial responsibility for project budgets, gross margin and cost control.
• Ensure full HSE compliance throughout all project phases.
• Define and manage project scope, interfaces and change processes.
• Coordinate financials, schedules, procurement activities, construction tasks and resources.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and collaborate with Contracts, Construction and Procurement.
• Identify, assess and manage project risks; provide structured reporting to stakeholders.

Who you are

• Profound experience of EPC/M project management experience in mining and minerals processing.
• Experience delivering complex technical projects in international environments.
• Skilled in coordinating diverse internal and external stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a structured approach to execution.
• Professional communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Confident user of SAP, Enovia, MS Office and AutoCAD or comparable tools.
• Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and guiding change processes.
• High level of ownership, reliability and the ability to work independently.
