Real estate/property manager

Your tasks
- Tenant management: This includes screening prospective tenants, drafting and renewing leases, collecting rent, and addressing tenant complaints and disputes.

- Property maintenance and repairs: Managers are responsible for the daily upkeep of properties, coordinating routine maintenance like landscaping and snow removal, and arranging for necessary repairs.
They also conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and needs.

- Financial management: This involves creating budgets, managing finances, and providing detailed financial reports to property owners. Managers are often responsible for the overall financial health of the property.

- Owner and stakeholder communication: Property managers act as the main point of contact for property owners, providing updates and carrying out their directives. They may also work with various contractors and service providers.

- Legal compliance: Managers ensure the property and its operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

Required skills and qualifications:
- 2 Years of experience and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Fluent in English (Finnish language is a plus but not mandatory)
- Driver's license is a plus but not mandatory

About the job:
- 8 hrs per day (full time)
- Length: 1 year and can be extended to permanent
- Location: Helsinki and all regions in Finland when necessary
