The heart of Finnair's commercial activities is Revenue Management and Pricing (RMP), which performs analysis and complex optimization to determine what is the best possible price level and passenger mix on any flow, any route, any flight, any day, any time of the year.
We are now looking for a sharp and business-minded
REVENUE ANALYST
to strengthen our team of Revenue Management and Pricing (RMP) experts. In this role, you will manage passenger demand forecasts and fare structures for your assigned Origin-Destination (O&D) market portfolio.
Your main goal will be to contribute to overall network revenue maximization by ensuring high demand forecast accuracy and competitive positioning across markets in your portfolio, encompassing all channels and segments. You will evaluate and influence passenger demand forecasts and fare structures, ensuring they reflect the current competitive landscape, booking trends, market conditions, commercial strategy, special events, and seasonal demand variations. As a Revenue Analyst, you will also be responsible for O&D revenue planning and analysis, as well as O&D performance management.
We are looking for a goal-oriented person with analytical skills and true business orientation who is ready to take responsibility for delivering the targets associated with their O&D portfolio within Revenue Management & pricing.
This is a fixed-term position beginning this April 2026 and lasting until the end of March 2027.
To succeed as our new Revenue Analyst, it is essential that you'll have:

Demonstrated commercial and strategic thinking and related experience.

Excellent analytical skills and experience, ability to interpret and present data with well-versed decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.

Goal-oriented self-starter attitude and enthusiasm to get involved in process development.

Ability to describe complex systems and strategies in an easy-to-understand manner.

Well-developed prioritization and time planning skills.

Strong and effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Fluent English, both written & spoken.

Master's degree or equivalent in economics, business, aviation or engineering.
Additionally, the following qualifications are considered an advantage:

Knowledge and understanding of airline demand forecasting, pricing, O&D Revenue Management systems, Altea Inventory and airline distribution approaches is desirable.
In this role, as a revenue specialist within RMP, you will apply revenue management best practices and utilize revenue management tools to ensure that Finnair's flows across the network consistently produce maximum revenue returns.
