Sales and Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a Sales and Operations Coordinator to join our team in Lapland. This role is designed for a professional with 5 years of experience in B2B and B2C sales, complemented by at least 3 years of operational experience in the Lapland region. As a key point of contact for our international markets, you must demonstrate full professional fluency in English, Italian, and Spanish. You will manage the complete sales lifecycle-from initial inquiry to final coordination-while leading daily logistics, including the strategic assignment of guides, vehicles, and guests. A valid drivers license and the ability to oversee vehicle logistics in alignment with company standards are essential for this role.
