What you’ll do:
As a Senior Application Engineer, you’ll be a key technical expert supporting Eaton’s large UPS systems and special solutions across the EMEA region. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to design, quote, and deliver high-performance power solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer requirements and provide tailored UPS solutions.
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations with supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with R&D, Product Marketing, Production, Sales, and Suppliers.
- Host customer visits, witness tests, and technical demonstrations.
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Uphold Eaton’s values and actively contribute to team collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience in the electrical/electronics industry.
Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge in power electronics and three-phase systems.
- Experience with UPS or frequency converter technologies is a plus.
- Fluent in English; basic Finnish is beneficial.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results.
