We are looking for a Senior Service Manager, IT to our IT Global Functions team.

What you will do:

• You take end-to-end responsibility for IT service delivery across Finance, Treasury, HR, Global Sourcing, and other Corporate Functions
• You own external IT service agreements and manage supplier relationships
• You lead operational governance with IT suppliers, ensuring strong performance and service quality
• You ensure compliance with agreed processes and operational standards
• You manage the cost center budget, including planning, forecasting, and cost control
• You support smooth handovers from development to operations
• You drive contract and sourcing-related changes in line with agreed guidelines
• You continuously improve service performance and efficiency

Who you are:

• You have a deep understanding of IT service management principles and IT governance, and you are familiar with the ITIL framework
• You have experience managing IT service delivery in a multi-vendor environment
• You communicate confidently and can engage stakeholders through clear presentations and discussions
• You understand business processes and how IT solutions support them
• You have strong financial awareness and can manage budgets and costs effectively
• You have experience with supplier and contract management
• You take ownership, make decisions with confidence, and are driven by continuous improvement
• You are fluent in English; other languages are an asset

The position is located in Helsinki or Tampere, Finland.

The position holder will report to Director, IT.
