Today we are looking for Service Agreement Manager to join our team to strengthen, lead and manage long-term agreements with marine customers.

As Service Agreement Manager, you have a key position working with our customers within the Marine industry. In our service agreements, we include services and products improving the installations of our customers. Your role is to lead and coordinate internal and external resources for service agreements and provide support in the sales process. This means you will work close together with our sales, project, and spare part teams to get the best solution for the customer. Your role is also to plan and be involved in the development of our customer's marine scrubber systems, the revisions, audits and the inspections on site. You will be also to developing our subcontracting and partner network.

You are Valmet's eyes and ears and act as key contact person for the customer. You play an important role in connecting customer needs converting them into possible solutions, always having Valmet's Product Specialists and their skills to back you up.

Requirements:

To enjoy and be successful as our new Service Agreement Manager we see that you need to have an engineering degree in your pocket and gained experience in scrubber technology and systems in practice. We also expect you to have certain level of knowledge about industrial maintenance and/or operations.

Potentially you have previously worked as Project Manager, Maintenance Manager or had hands-on role regarding inspections? Knowhow and expertise in sales, account management, agreement management and marine engineering are a plus but not a must.

As a person, you are service minded, strong in networking and able work with a helicopter perspective to be perceptive and see the customer needs and transform it into business opportunities. As you are a link between the customer and Valmet your communication is always clear and precise, both in spoken and written communication. Your working language is English. In this position, you will have the opportunity to travel on a frequent basis in Europe.

The Marine Scrubbers business is growing, and you will have an opportunity to keep your technical expertise up to date. Depending on your background you'll have either an opportunity to learn new in agreement and account management side or demonstrate your expertise. The primary location for the position is either in Tampere or Raisio.
