We're looking for a Solution Sales Lead to join our team.
I'm Robertas Nauseda, Head of Solution Sales Networking & Security, and I'm searching for someone ready to grow with us. We're a supportive, forward‑thinking team focused on international enterprise networking sales, from early prospecting to leading large, complex deals.
What you'll do:
Lead and shape complex enterprise networking sales by combining strong commercial insight with deep technical expertise.
- Drive complex networking sales by leading and supporting enterprise managed network opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers and bid teams to define winning technical solutions and commercial strategies
- Identify customer business drivers, challenges, and transformation goals, and translate them into scalable, commercially viable solution architectures
- Own solution pricing from inquiry to proposal, including margin analysis and commercial modeling
- Engage with external network suppliers for access services and hardware procurement
- Act as a trusted advisor, positioning Telia as a long‑term strategic partner rather than only a technology provider
- Lead or support contract negotiations with customers and key suppliers
- Enable internal excellence by coaching sales teams on networking products, architectures, and value propositions
- Capture learnings from complex deals to streamline processes and provide feedback for continuous portfolio development
What will help you thrive in this role:
You combine strong commercial skills with deep technical understanding and enjoy working in high‑impact, complex sales environments.
- Proven experience in solution sales for complex enterprise networking deals
- Strong financial understanding, including pricing, cost modeling, and margin management
- Experience with structured bid management processes in large organizations
- Deep knowledge of enterprise networking and security solutions, such as DataNet (L3 IPVPN), L2 Ethernet, DIA, DWDM, SD‑WAN/SASE, LAN, and Cloud Connect
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
- Customer‑centric mindset with drive to win and create long‑term value
- Confident communication skills, with excellent verbal and written English
- Proactive and structured way of working, comfortable in high‑visibility roles
