Join Bittium as Strategy Manager
We are looking for a Strategy Manager to join Bittium Group Strategy team and support Bittium Group in strategic analysis, strategy process development and project management as well as supporting our business segments in strategy work and deployment.

What You'll Do
- Support and contribute to Group strategy process and support business segments in various analysis, strategy creation and implementation needs
- Lead Group level strategic projects with cross-functional teams
- Support in M&A activity planning and integration
- Lead internal development projects (e.g. AI implementation, CRM implementation support)
- Analyze data to drive decision-making, prioritization and performance tracking
- Communicate your insights and vision to senior management
What will you bring
- 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking or from corporate strategy work in an industrial setting
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong capabilities to demonstrate, validate and present your analysis and insights
- Experience in leading projects/streams with a successful impact
- Skills in project management and ability to work proactively and independently
- Ability to lead and influence in a matrix organization
- A relevant Master's degree
- Fluency in English and Finnish, both written and spoken.
- Due to the nature of Bittium's business and our customers' expectations, you are a Finnish citizen and able to pass security clearance conducted by the Finnish Security Intelligence Service (SUPO).
