We are now looking for an M&A Junior Analyst to join our energetic team!
Over the summer, your responsibilities are:
- Supporting the end-to-end M&A transaction cycle
- Conducting market research, business case analysis and valuation
- Preparing decision-making materials
- Developing M&A processes, tools and documentation
- Supporting the development of the investment portfolio management process
- Working on your own development project related to M&A or investment portfolio management
Summer work is scheduled from May to September or depending on your situation. The work can be partly remote, and you can discuss the possibility of remote work with your manager when starting the job.
To succeed, we expect from you:
- Advanced-level studies in a relevant field (e.g., M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management or M.Sc. in Finance)
- Ability to take ownership and work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong information retrieval and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing information and documents
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and the MS Office suite; experience in developing AI applications is considered an advantage
- Fluency in English and Finnish, both written and spoken
- Prior experience and demonstrated skills in financial/cash flow modelling are highly valuable
