We're looking for a
Summer Trainee, Transformation Office
to join the KONE Service team in Espoo, Finland. In this internship, you will work alongside experienced program and transformation professionals and contribute to the success of the Accelerate Digital Transformation and Field Service Management program.
You will use AI tools to streamline program change management activities, business requirements work, and program documentation to support efficient knowledge sharing. In addition, you will apply your AI expertise to analyze and improve the KPI landscape of our transformation programs. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across business lines as well as R&D and IT.
The internship is four months paid full-time work starting in spring. The start date can be agreed mutually to suit your studies and preferences. This position is located to Espoo, Finland.

As a Transformation Office Intern, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks aligned with your strengths and development interests. Key focus areas include:
Improving the Program management practices with AI:

Using AI to enhance key program management processes and identifying more efficient ways of working in areas such as training, communications, requirement specification, testing, and document management.
Enhancing the existing KPI landscape with AI:
-
Analyzing the current development KPI framework, generating insights, and proposing improvements to ensure KPIs effectively support digital transformation, solution adoption, and business benefit realization.
Supporting transformation and strategy execution activities:

Applying AI tools and methods to assist program stakeholders and transformation leaders in operational tasks and decision‑making. You will collaborate with global business stakeholders within the Service business line.
To succeed in this role, you should have:

Advanced studies in information technology
-
Hands-on experience with AI tools, such as MS Copilot and Copilot Studio

Familiarity with Cloud platforms (e.g. AWS or Azure)

Experience with data visualization

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Basic understanding of project management activities

Clear communication skills and fluent English.

A self-starter mindset and ability to work independently

Critical thinking skills to challenge the existing ways of working constructively

Good time management and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
You'll stand out if you bring any of the following:

Previous internship experience in analytics or related fields

Experience in building AI agents
