Technical support engineer

Vuolearning is looking for a **Technical Support Engineer** to join our growing team.

We are an e-learning company based in Keilaniemi, Espoo with 13 team members. You would join our development team with 4 members currently.

As a Technical Support Engineer at Vuolearning, you would have responsibility of customer facing communication and tasks, working closely with our development team.

The starting salary range for this position would be around 3800-4500€ depending on your experience.

What we expect from you:

- A solution oriented mindset and willingness to learn
- Good oral and written communication skills in Finnish and English
- Decent technical skills related to web development
- Being available to come to our office at least part time

What your daily work could include:

- Regular communication with customers by email or phone
- Internal communication with colleagues about issues or questions
- Handling technical investigations, reproducing and validating bugs
- Writing high-quality tickets with reproduction steps and impact assessment
- Help test the software and new features for defects
- Contributing or developing fixes, internal tooling or testing infrastructure
- Configuring customer environments
- Working on integration projects to external systems
- Developing customer support processes
- Surfacing improvement ideas and practical changes to product and processes

The recruitment process will consist roughly of the following:

1. Initial application
2. Follow-up email and 1-on-1 phone call
3. Small task and Teams follow-up with dev team
4. Final decision
