Technical Support Trainee

We are now looking for a Technical Support Trainee to join our Technical Support Team. Framery is known for its high-quality office phone booths, pods, and private spaces-and we want to make sure Framery is famous for an excellent after-sales customer experience as well.

The Technical Support Team is part of Customer Operations, and we work in close cooperation with our customers and distribution partners from all over the world. This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of technical customer support and global business. You'll be part of a team where your problem-solving skills and proactive attitude will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction.
 

As a Technical Support Trainee, you'll be working with:
 

  • Customer Inquiry Handling: Serving as an initial point of contact for customer inquiries regarding product issues and technical support.

  • Claims & Spare Part Management: Assisting with processing claims and coordinating spare part orders to ensure timely and efficient service.

  • Troubleshooting: Investigating support requests, identifying root causes, and providing optimal solutions to help our customers.

  • Technical Documentation: Contributing to the creation of technical documentation and instructions for both internal and external audiences.

  • Collaboration: Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience with each interaction.


We are looking for:

  • Studies in Engineering, Business, or another relevant field.

  • A strong passion for solving technical challenges and a "get it done" mentality.

  • A customer-centric approach and an outgoing, service-oriented mindset.

  • The ability to translate technical information into clear language for different audiences.

  • Organized working style and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Finnish language skills are considered an advantage.

  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but most importantly, you are eager to learn and develop your skills.

 

Practicalities:

This is a fixed-term Trainee position from the beginning of May until the end of August 2026. The position is located at our headquarters in Tampere. We value in-person collaboration, and according to our hybrid model, we expect you to be able to work at the HQ approximately three days a week.

The compensation for the role is based on our trainee salary, which ranges from €2250 to €2550 per month. The final compensation depends on the number of achieved study credits.
