Are you passionate about supporting people in the digital transformation journey, skilled in Project Management and seeing yourself in the role of a Change Lead? We are looking for a Business Change Management consultant to help our customers to take new emerging technologies and services into use and improve their existing processes together with the competencies of the people within the organizations.
In this role, you are the hands-on person enabling customers to shine and supporting them on the growth path when implementing new ways of working. You have a sharp vision on how to engage stakeholders, use communications, and plan competence development to match the needs of implementing, for example, new systems, processes, or organizational structures. You master dialogue, have good understanding what it means to support and motivate people under pressure, and serve as a link between IT and businesspeople. You have a structured approach to implementing change management activities.
You are a strong candidate if you have a proven record of accomplishment matching the areas below and a burning desire to further develop your competences in:
- Certified and experienced in organizational change management (Prosci or other similar)
- Project management (agile or waterfall) in IT context
- Process development and identifying change impacts
- Communications and stakeholder management
- Facilitation, training, or coaching
- Measurement of progress and adoption
- AI curiosity
We expect Finnish and English working proficiency. Your location will be Helsinki metropolitan area. This position is permanent and full-time. The planned start date can be agreed flexibly.
