Expectations for you

Lead the mechanical design and development of burner solutions used in pulp mill and energy boiler applications.

Drive product definition, standardization, and lifecycle management to ensure high performance and global consistency.

Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and project teams to solve challenges, optimize designs, and support troubleshooting.

Partner with internal and external stakeholders to represent burner technology and support customer-facing initiatives.

Provide expert input for new development initiatives and continuously improve product models and engineering practices.
To succeed in this role

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

You have strong experience with burner technologies and related auxiliary systems, both in theory and practice.

You are proficient in mechanical design software and engineering tools.

You have excellent English and Finnish communication skills.

You can travel occasionally, sometimes on short notice.
You bring deep burner technology expertise, strong decision-making capability, and a collaborative mindset. You take pride in technical quality, enjoy solving complex engineering challenges, and thrive when working closely with cross-functional teams.
