Data Analyst, Sales & Marketing
to join our Data, Analytics & Insights team in Neste Marketing and Services business unit. This role is based in Espoo.
You are eager to discover how data can be used to create business value and solve business problems, especially in the areas of marketing & sales. Making data easily accessible and understandable for the rest of the organisation. Together with your colleagues you are building a data-driven culture in Neste.

Your role in our team

Solve business problems with data analysis by using different modelling techniques in collaboration with stakeholders

Communicate the results of analysis and data products to end users

Prepare visualisations in selected including PowerBI, which pinpoint trends, correlations and patterns in complicated data sets

Support marketing, sales and other teams in business development activities
Working closely with our team of data and analytics experts within the Strategy and Business Development unit, you will play a key role in building a customer-centric and data-driven culture. We embrace a hybrid work model, currently with a minimum of three days per week based in our office.
The best combination to success in this role

Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

Proficiency in data analysis tools: Python, R, SQL

Extensive hands-on expertise in PowerBI development, including DAX, data modeling, and creating complex interactive reports

Analytical Skills: Expertise in statistical techniques and data visualization

Foundational understanding of data origins and flows to ensure insights are accurate and well-contextualized

Effective communication, collaboration and presentation skills

Business acumen with a demonstrated ability to translate complex data models into actionable insights and business value

Fluency in English
