Electronics Designer (Mid-Senior)

Electronics Designer (Mid-Senior)

What we're looking for?

We value versatility, curiosity and drive to learn. To succeed in this role, you should have solid experience in electronics design and system architecture.

Key skills

  • Schematic design and PCB layout

  • Familiarity with EDA tools (e.g. Mentor PADS, Altium)

  • Understanding of signal/power integrity and manufacturability

  • Experience with CPU/MCU systems, RF, FPGA's, power electronics and analog front-ends

  • Knowledge of compliance and certification processes

  • Ability to collaborate across hardware, firmware and programmable logic

Preferred background

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

  • Several years of experience in electronics design

  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills

This role is permanent, full-time role and located in Vaasa. The position requires eligibility to pass a basic security clearance.

Our recruitment process includes one or two interviews, during which we discuss both technical and work personality-related topics. In some cases, we also use small technical assignments. The interviews are usually conducted via Teams and take approximately 1,5 hours.
