Keypro is growing and expanding internationally and is now looking for a new Finance Director to lead and develop the local finance function. Could this be you?
As a Finance Director, you play a key role in business growth and the development of the local finance function. You also oversee the finance functions of our international operations in Spain and Norway.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Finance Director will be responsible for the overall development and leadership of Keypro’s finance function. The person reports to the Managing Director of Keypro, is a part of its management team, and co-operates closely with the Group’s finance department. The Finance Director is an active participant throughout the organization and a trusted business partner for Keypro’s commercial teams.
The Finance Director will oversee the local budget process and other operational activities, including payroll, accounting, monthly reporting, cash management, and forecasting. Also, the Finance Director acts as the primary contact for external service providers and local auditors. The Finance Director also looks after diverse administrative tasks. The Finance Director will be the main user for all finance, accounting, and other administrative IT systems. The Finance Director is supported by finance assistants in Finland and Spain.
REQUIREMENTS
We expect you to have a university level education, a Master’s degree or equivalent, preferably in finance or accounting. You should have 5-10 years of relevant experience in auditing, financial controlling, business controlling, or similar finance manager roles. You might have started your career in consulting or already have industry experience. You should be comfortable with modern AI applications and tools to augment your skills and improve your output. Either way, we hope you have a hands-on attitude, strong analytical skills, and are a good communicator.
You are a relationship builder; open, transparent, motivating, and inclusive. You have a good understanding of IT systems and reporting tools such as MS Excel and Power BI. Experience from the IT or software industry is a plus. We expect you to be fluent in English and Finnish. We have an office in Ruoholahti, but you can also work flexibly. Traveling in the Nordics is required from time to time.
