We are now looking for a Manager, OHS Development to join our Group OHS team.

What you’ll do

• You will be responsible for managing various development projects in the group OHS team, focusing on the digital tools, processes and systems for OHS management
• Lead the development of the digital tools from the OHS perspective, having capabilities of interpreting long term OHS needs to road maps and development projects
• Take ownership of the OneSafety system for OHS management
• Coordinate various user groups, access rights, data privacy and security issues related to OHS systems
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as IT, HR Services, OHS network, OHS professionals, business HR and IT-service providers
• Provide training and support for the end-users of the OHS digital solutions
• Produce informative analysis of the OHS data for action planning and decision making
• Explore new opportunities and innovations in applying AI and other technologies to enhance OHS

Who you are

• You have 5 - 10 years of experience in OHS field and experience in developing OHS related IT systems and tools
• You have university degree in engineering or equivalent
• You have genuine interest in OHS and how to utilize new digital tools and solutions in promoting OHS
• You are a good communicator with fluency in English
• You have excellent project management skills
• You possess abilities in data analytics and statistical analysis
• You have people- and end-user-centric approach in developing solutions
• You are open, curious and positive attitude
• You have ability to work both independently and in teams
