Manager, Transformation

We are looking for a Manager, Transformation to join our Strategy & PMO team in Helsinki or Stockholm.
In this role you will be part of a Strategy & PMO team driving our transformation journey in the Nordics and we offer you the possibility to make a difference in sustainable mobility. We are engaged to drive our company-wide transformation program forwards to create a future-proof company.
We are now looking for a transformation professional to lead our most critical strategic projects. You are persistent in driving improvement and initiatives forwards. You enjoy sparring with others and gathering various viewpoints to go beyond the obvious answers. You are driven to engage all levels of stakeholders to inspire confidence and to turn your insights into real action.
Main responsibilities include:
- Project management for designated projects
- Evaluate, identify and prioritize new improvement opportunities
- Lead development initiatives e.g., around operational efficiency, commercial excellence & digitalization
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and track clear targets & KPIs, report outcomes and spar strategy execution plans with senior leadership
You have
- 3-4 or more years of work experience from driving demanding business development initiatives and profit improvement programs, preferably from management consulting
- Proven track record of concretely identifying new improvement opportunities and turning them into actionable and measurable plans
- Proven track record of establishing and implementing new ways of working
- Strong change management and communication skills to influence both senior leadership and operational key persons. Excellent written and oral communication in English as well as in either Finnish or Swedish (both is an asset).
- Experience in cross-border project management, preferably Nordic countries
- Industry knowledge from any of the following sectors is considered an asset: labor-intensive service businesses, B2B contract tendering businesses, public transportation, logistics.
- Strong analytical skills complemented by proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
