We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Trainee to join us for the summer to our Pasila office. In this role, you will play a part in the implementation of our new enterprise service management tool and related process changes. You would be working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Support project managers and teams in planning, coordinating, and executing project tasks.
- Contribute to IT service management activities, supporting process improvements and service delivery in line with ITIL best practices.
- Assist in documenting and optimizing service management workflows and participate in service review meetings.
- Participate in user training, feedback collection, and change management activities to ensure successful tool adoption.
- Create visually engaging presentations and materials to communicate updates, training content, SharePoint sites and key information to diverse audiences.
What We're Looking For
- Basic understanding of ITIL principles and IT service management frameworks.
- Strong visual communication skills and an eye for design, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, engaging presentations and materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Finnish and English are required
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.
- Experience or interest in using ITSM tools such as Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, Matrix 42 or similar platforms as a plus.
- Interest in enterprise tool implementation and supporting organizational change.
