Summer Trainee, Sales Support Engineer
to join Normet's Service Design and Sales Support team in Iisalmi Service Center, between 4th of May to 28th August 2026.
The team is responsible for providing solutions for used Normet equipment, adding for example new features or applications to used machines. Those solutions are called Upgrades and Modifications (U&M).
In this position, you will participate in pricing and availability of Service Products sales support to Normet subsidiaries and updating our standard product information. This will include Normet Service Products quotation support.
Main responsibilities and tasks:

Defining sales prices, availability, delivery times

Product materials for Normet equipment U&M

Maintaining and updating standard Service product offering material
To shine in this position, we hope you have:

Good communication skills in Finnish and English, both written and spoken

Good organizational skills

Ability to adapt, prioritize and focus in quickly changing situations

Some previous experience in sales support, sales or in the service area

The right attitude to work with a global network of people with different personalities and cultural backgrounds

A can-do and results-driven attitude

Studies in business or engineering bachelor's degree, in the trainee position you can be in the beginning of your studies

Knowledge on MS Office tools, Sovelia (PLM) user experience is considered an advantage
