**What you will enjoy doing**
- As Internal Logistics Manager you will have responsibility for internal material handling flow and for leading the team to ensure safe, efficient operations and continuous improvement
- You will have ownership of the internallogisticsfleet (FLTs, pallet movers, yard trucks), including maintenance, contracts, optimization, costs, and user competence
- You willberesponsibleformaterial handling automation and the continuous development of systems(AGV-s)
- Further, you will haveclose collaboration with crossfunctional stakeholders to coordinate material flow andstock management
- You have adatadriven approach to performance management through KPIs, root cause analysis and continuous operational improvement
- Accountability for departmental budgeting, procurement, and overall cost and resource efficiency
- Anda forwardlooking leadership role in developing material handling processes, productivity, 5S, housekeeping, and a positive, safe working environment
