At K Group, IT service management supports operations across the organization. We are looking for a Manager, IT Service Management to join our team and work hands-on with ServiceNow development and configuration management together with business and IT teams and our IT service providers.
About the role
In this role, you get to shape how our organization works by turning business needs into practical ServiceNow solutions that make everyday work smoother and data more reliable. You'll partner closely with stakeholders, process owners, and our ServiceNow platform team to prioritize what matters most and drive real adoption. From clarifying requirements and planning work to supporting testing and releases, you'll help ensure changes are delivered smoothly and with high quality. You'll also take on the CMDB Configuration Manager responsibilities, helping keep our configuration data accurate, trusted, and truly useful.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you need to have the following:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex business needs into clear, structured requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English, with the ability to communicate technical concepts and business needs between technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to facilitate workshops and interviews to capture accurate, complete requirements
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new ServiceNow features and continuously expand your knowledge
- A genuine desire to help others, with the confidence to drive change
Your skills and background:
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM, or Business Analyst)
- Experience with additional ServiceNow modules (e.g., HRSD, ITOM)
- Experience coordinating UAT, creating test cases, and producing user training materials
