We are looking for a Procurement Excellence Manager to join our Procurement team in Helsinki and play a key role in the implementation of a new procurement solution. In this role, you will be responsible for the P2P service purchasing area, acting as the bridge between procurement, business stakeholders, IT and the implementation partner. You will help ensure that future processes, system capabilities and deployment activities come together in a way that supports efficient, compliant, scalable and AI assisted service purchasing.

  • defining target processes, business requirements and user needs for the service purchasing scope in collaboration with procurement, business and IT stakeholders
  • supporting solution design, fit-gap discussions and implementation decisions together with the project team and external partners
  • planning and coordinating testing, training, data readiness and go-live activities for the assigned process area
  • ensuring that governance, controls, guidance materials and master data support a successful and compliant ERP-enabled operating model
  • acting as a key user and subject matter expert during deployment and supporting post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement
  • driving stakeholder engagement and change adoption across the organization for the service purchasing workstream

You might be a great fit if you have:

  • B.Sc and/or M.Sc for example in procurement, finance, business, engineering, information systems, or corresponding academic degree
  • experience in procurement, P2P, source-to-pay or related business process areas
  • hands-on experience in ERP, procurement system or other business solution implementation projects
  • ability to translate business requirements into process and system design decisions
  • understanding of testing, deployment, training and change management in complex transformation projects
  • strong collaboration and communication skills across business and technical stakeholders
