We are looking for a Project Planner to our client company Wärtsilä. We expect you to have a background in construction or energy project scheduling. Your industry experience will be essential as our client migrates their project data to Primavera P6, where your skills will help them to maintain excellence in the equipment projects.
About the role
This role involves managing and optimizing project schedules and migrating existing data from Microsoft to Primavera P6 and ensuring seamless coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
We are looking for
- Minimum two years of experience in project scheduling or coordination within the construction or energy sectors
- Relevant academical background
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar project management software
- Fluent English language skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn complex power plant processes

- Start: As soon as possible
- Location: Vaasa, Turku or Helsinki, visits to Turku or Vaasa necessary
- Employment period: Permanent contract with Academic Work
